Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1 Subscription Plans

Inlobo offers the following subscription types:

  • Core Plans — monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing for the base lead management platform.
  • Add-on Plans — WhatsApp, Calling, and Ads add-ons that extend the core plan.
  • Lifetime Plans — a one-time payment that provides perpetual access without renewals.

Your subscription begins immediately after a successful payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your invoice details.

2 Billing & Renewals

Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Your plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the subscription start date.
  • Quarterly plans renew every 90 days and are billed as a single charge (3 × monthly rate).
  • Yearly plans renew every 365 days and are billed as a single charge (12 × monthly rate).
  • You will be charged the plan price in effect at the time of renewal.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST where required.
  • We will notify you at least 7 days before an upcoming renewal via email.
  • Inlobo reserves the right to update pricing with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice.

3 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime — no lock-in period, no cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations can be initiated from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Access to paid features continues until the billing period ends, even after cancellation.
  • Cancellation of an add-on does not affect your core plan, and vice versa.
  • Lifetime plan access is not affected by any cancellation action — it remains active permanently.

4 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the plan has been actively used (leads imported, integrations connected, messages sent, etc.) during the refund window.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period has started.
  • Lifetime plans are non-refundable after activation.
  • Add-on plan refunds follow the same 7-day rule and are evaluated independently of the core plan.
  • All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Inlobo does not issue partial refunds for unused days within an active billing period.

5 Plan Changes & Upgrades

  • You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new plan takes effect immediately.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Switching billing periods (e.g., monthly → yearly) is treated as a new subscription; your current period ends and the new one starts from the payment date.
  • Any unused balance from a downgraded plan is not carried over or refunded.

6 Payment Failures

  • If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 5 days.
  • You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt.
  • If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and access to paid features suspended.
  • Updating your payment method and completing the overdue payment will restore access immediately.

7 Account Termination

  • Inlobo reserves the right to terminate subscriptions that violate our Terms of Service.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
  • You may request a data export at any time before account termination.
